Important Note: The Arlington tour is recommended only for guests who can stand and walk briskly for the duration of the tour. There will be extensive walking throughout the tour, so guests are encouraged to wear comfortable shoes.


Most of the tour takes place outdoors. Please plan for the weather—umbrellas are recommended.


Food and drinks, other than water, are not permitted inside Arlington National Cemetery.


Washington, D.C. can be very cold in the winter and very hot in the summer, so please dress accordingly.


Hotel pick-up and drop-off are not provided.


Paid parking is available at Arlington National Cemetery. Guests who park there will need to return to Arlington on their own from the Lincoln Memorial at the end of the tour.
