What is your animal policy?

Animals are not permitted on tours.

Is there a lot of Walking?

We offer a variety of bus, walking, and combination tours. All tours will incorporate some level of standing and walking, so guests are encouraged to wear comfortable shoes.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to tour start time.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to boarding time. Our typical boarding time is 7:30 pm, so arrival time would be 7:00 pm.

When is my Museum Pass good for?

Attraction tickets are reserved according to availability. Signature Tours will send your attraction ticket to you on the date of your scheduled night tour. Your attraction tickets will be valid for the date and time assigned to you by the attraction and will be noted on your entry ticket upon receipt.

How Long is the Night tour?

The night portion is a 3-hour tour of Washington D.C.

How Much Walking is there?

The Arlington tour is recommended only for guests who can stand and walk briskly for the duration of the tour. It is not suitable for individuals with mobility challenges (including but not limited to those using wheelchairs, canes, walkers, oxygen tanks, or scooters) or for guests accompanied by small children or infants in strollers.

When is the Boat Cruise Available?

The Potomac River Boat Cruise operates seasonally (typically mid March - mid October). When the boat is not operating during the off-season, travelers will instead be able to visit an additional 2-3 memorials during their tour.

For travelers selecting a package with tickets to the Washington Monument, National Air & Space Museum, or National Museum of African American History please be advised of the following: Attraction tickets are reserved according to availability.
